Owner Operators AVOID! Please Read Summary of Charges Below! I try out a different mechanic services; Hopefully, find ways to save money or get fast service. When I get good service, I always give the business their flowers because they are the exception not the rule. Decided to try Fast Fleet for a simple brake inspection/installation. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The tech grossly over charged for the service. Mechanic called to tell me he forgot a tool he needed. (read the reviews! they keep doing this) He drove around trying to find it and could not, and according to him, he had to go home to get it (this is the 5 hours labor they so graciously removed before billing me, truck was in Marietta and he had to go to Powder Springs) think about that... 5 hours. He also said He spent time trying to use the wrong tool but realized It wasn’t going to work (who knows how long it took him to realize that, hmmm interesting). The bill = $3,317.52. Let that sink in... MGT did not understand why 10 hours of labor for brakes is insane but thought a couple a hundred dollars off and charging for 8 hours instead of 10 was reasonable. Not even sure where to start on this. This could be the worst roadside repair company in the history of roadside Semi Repair companies. I put a request in at 8:30 AM in the morning and was told that a driver would be to me by one hour and 90 minutes. I even told them to pick up the part first and bring it to me, but then said no, just come straight to me and make sure I’m talking about the right part. It took them over five hours to get to me just to check out my truck and they told me the driver was on their way at 9 AM so from 9 AM. It took almost 5 hours for the driver to get to me. Then after he got to me, they called and said will I approve the part that they need to get that’s only 16 miles away. I approved it and said yes purchase it and get back to the truck ASAP Because I’ve been waiting already six hours at that point. Now remember, Driver is only 16 miles away when they bought the part. It is now two hours later, and they still have not showed up with the part Now a new dispatcher called and asked if I want to approve the part after I just approved the part two hours ago. By the time they get the simple brake chamber lever fixed that is a very quick fix. It will be

Mark with Fast Fleet does excellent work. We were stranded for almost 24 hours at a rest stop, with a axle issue. He was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. We made the 6 hour trip home with zero issue. Thank you for getting my family home safe!

Today had the pleasure of being helped out by Mark a true professional in mechanics. I had my 2022 Freight blow a hose and engine turned off . He diagnosed the root problem and fixed it in no time . I couldn’t find that leak at all he quickly showed me and explained what happened. Thanks for sending a knowledgeable mechanic !! Five star service thanks again !
